Endive with Lemon Beet Hummus and Fresh Honeycomb
Ingredients:
1 endive
Ithaca lemon beet hummus/any hummus available
Fresh/candied honeycomb
Steps:
Slice off the bottom of the endive 1/4 inch to release the individual leaves.
Separate the leaves and lay out on a serving platter.
Scoop about 1 tsp of hummus into the center of each endive leaf.
Dice honeycomb into small cubes and place on hummus.
